I had the pleasure of photographing Mr. Claus a few weeks ago while he visited a Christmas party. The hostess had the perfect idea to bring him to her house so the children could visit and tell him their lists instead of waiting hours at a mall. Brilliant! Some kids, quite interested, others, not so much. But that is how it always is!

After a well needed (but not all fun) break, I am back to work! I took most of December off to spend time with my family, enjoy Christmas and also to have ankle surgery. Now that I am almost able to walk again it's time to get going again!
Up first, the P family. This session was to get pictures taken for their Christmas cards. It was great to be able to get them done while their oldest was in town for college break. They are a great family and a lot of fun!

Sweet baby boy, N, was welcomed into the world just a few weeks after our fun family and maternity sessions. Big brother, N, is so sweet with his little brother. He is so loving and gentle. What a precious addition to this family!

This family is awesome and so excited for their newest addition! Miss S loves to tell her soon to be baby sister all kinds of fun things, and tries to tickle her! Mom is just glowing and it is always a treat to see how loved the new baby is already!

The N family, these are a fun bunch! Momma D is a wonderful woman and I always have fun with her! And both of their daughters could easily be models. We headed downtown Castle Rock to enjoy the town we both live in, and I love how we were able to incorporate the scenery!

This sweet little one year old has amazing eyes! She was a blast to run around with, especially once her dog decided he wanted to play as well. I absolutely love a little lady with barely any hair, it makes those eyelashes just pop!

The C family met me on a gorgeous day to combine some family photographs with her maternity session. She is glowing! Also, she just had her little man and I am on my way to his newborn session tomorrow, yay!! Big boy L is sure to be a great big brother and a ladies man, what a killer smile!
